29 Weeks!!

It has been quite a while since I had an update for Baby Love huh? I so apologize, the past two weeks have been busy and I haven't felt like taking a bump picture. I thought though, that this baby deserves as much love as our first born, so here it is. I'm back with updates :) ... We finally received our new computer and can now upload pictures (as you can tell from the last two posts!) ...

My bump has gotten so h.u.g.e. not even kidding! I love every moment of being pregnant, even though I am miserable because I know that I'm growing a little human inside of me. It's totally worth it and I can't wait until we meet our baby girl!

How far along: 29 weeks

Total weight gain/loss: Will not find out until later this week. Probably a little too much :)
Sleep: Not sleeping well at all. We got rid of some pillows and only have two to work with.
Best moment this week: Clint talking and kissing the baby!
Movement: Everyday all day.
**Stimulation: Bria laughing gets this baby excited. They are going to be besties :)
Food Cravings: Strawberries
Gender: Another sweet baby girl!
Labor Signs: None
Belly Button in or out?  In. Stretched. But in and stretched!
What I miss? Sleeping soundly on my tummy, sushi, wine.
What I am looking forward to: Summer time, fishing, crabbing, camping, being outside.
Weekly Wisdom: God is faithful. He will get you through the hardest times.
Milestones: None this week.

Here is big sister giving somev lovins to baby!

What The Bump Says:

Your baby's the size of an acorn squash!
Baby already measures about 15.2 to 16.7 inches long. Right now, we weighs about 2.5 to 3.8 pounds but he's still got a ways to go -- can you believe he'll triple in weight before birth?

your baby at 29 weeks
  • He's getting a little cramped in there, since he's growing so fast. But you probably already realize that, since you're getting all those jabs and kicks.
  • He's growing white fat deposits under his skin, and his energy is surging because of it.
  • Feel a subtle twitch? It might be baby hiccupping.

Everything is happening so fast, it's hard to believe that in only three short weeks we will be home. We are going to miss White Mountain so much...And it's even crazier to think that in two months we will have a family of four!

26 Weeks {and 3 days}

All I have to say about being pregnant this week is....

I feel great!

I'm not so much "losing weight" as the picture states as I am feeling more fit because of the walking I'm doing. The walking has also helped my back-go figure! I guess I just needed to stop being lazy and get off my booty and work it.

I am feeling so blessed right now. Everything is going just perfect!

God is GOOD!

How far along: 26 weeks + 4 days
Total weight gain/loss: Not sure how much. Doesn't matter. I feel wonderful!
Sleep: Sleeping like a champ lately with only 3 pee breaks! Go me!
Best moment this week: Having the warm sun on my face and sitting on the deck with a old fashioned hot dog/ potato salad/ baked beans/ chip dinner!! With a banana split for dessert!!
Movement: Everyday all day.
**Stimulation: Bria and Daddy playing makes this baby move like no other.
Food Cravings: Hot dogs.
Gender: Another sweet baby girl!
Labor Signs: None
Belly Button in or out?  In. Stretched. But in.
What I miss? Sleeping soundly on my tummy, sushi, wine.
What I am looking forward to: The snow to melt and Clint, Bria, Seirra and I can go for nice long walks.
Weekly Wisdom: Sleep whenever where ever you can!
Milestones: None this week.

25 Weeks!

Sorry this post is a little late! We have been in battle against the stomach flu this weekend (actually Clint has been in battle) and I have been his aide :) ... Although a strong feeling of being nauseated has come over me quite rapidly since Sunday night and I can't quite kick it out the door, hence the quick bathroom picture of the baby bump this week. Ah well, what would these updates be if I didn't have a classic picture like this one ? Okay, okay...I think this is my second but whose counting?

Here it is!

25 week bump:

Here is what The Bump has to say:

This pregnancy is going by so quickly. I have been working on a letter to baby for about 3 weeks now and it doesn't feel like it's  quite done yet. But I promise, I will share it once I'm finished with it.

Other than being sick, nothing out of the ordinary is happening here. Still waiting for warmer weather. It feels about -27 right now. Ugh. Can't wait for summer!

How is everyone else doing?

24 Weeks!

Well, it's Wednesday which means I'm two days late in getting this post up. Oh well, at least it's here now right? Not much going on this week, although we are pretty darn excited it's the last week of March! Not so excited that we have gotten about 3 more inches of snow :( ... Summer can't come soon enough! Here is the preggo update for this week:

Did you notice anything? Yup! We have a name for baby girl.....Baylie Ann Shultz! When Clint and I First got together we coached an elementary girls basketball team and there was this sweet, precious little girl named Bailey. One night when we were talking about the team, Clint said, "if we ever have a girl, I want her name to be Bailey." So. When we were thinking of names for our second angel, we remembered the name Bailey! So, we decided to spell it a little differently for individuality's sake. Ann is my mother-in-law's middle name and somewhere there is an Ann on my side of the family but I'm not sure who.

So, what do you think? Yay? Nay? What are your thoughts on the spelling? Could it be a little bit more feminine? This is a hard decision and we would love some help!

Other things that are happening this week with ...Baylie:

your baby's the size of a grapefruit!
Your 10.5-to-11.8-inch fetus weighs about 12.7 to 20.8 ounces and every week she gets closer and closer to being ready to survive (and thrive!) in the outside world.

 your baby at 24 weeks
  • Her see-through skin is gradually becoming more opaque.
  • And it's got a new pink glow, thanks to the small capillaries that have recently formed.

So, no swollen ankles and feet, very few leg cramps, lots of back aches, no Linea nigra so far, and no stretch marks! Yay me. I just hope I don't get any stretch marks.

I hope all of you have a wonderful day :)

23 Weeks & Counting...

There are a lot of numbers running through my head at the moment...

*16 more days until Easter!!
*36 more days until our twin nieces birthday!!
*48 more days until our nephews birthday (double bonus!)
*60 more days until our last day of work and our last day in White Mountain
*61 more days until we are finally living in our house (it's been four years since it was built)
*70 more days until I start a journey for my love of jewelry making!! (More on this a little bit later!!)
*80 more days until my 25th birthday
*118 more days until we are a family of four and Baby Girl is born!!

Although this pregnancy has been a little lot harder than Miss Bria's was, I can't believe how fast it has gone by... Maybe we didn't find out until week 7 that we were pregnant ( I know, it's a little late but like my Dad says I am the smartest dumb person he knows) ... We still have a lot to do, but since we are in the middle of packing up our current house to move, we don't have a lot of options. We will have to wait until we move to get everything ready for the baby. Luckily and thankfully I will only be 32 weeks when we move. Whew!

Here is the baby bump picture:

Annnd for more of your reading pleasure, here is what The Bump has to say about week 23:

your baby's the size of a pomegranate!
At about 10.5 to 11.8 inches and about 12.7 to 20.8 ounces, baby's not just getting bigger, she's getting even cuter.

your baby at 23 weeks
  • She's forming little nipples (yeah, really!)
  • Her face is fully formed now -- she just needs a little extra fat to fill it out.
  • She's listening to your voice and your heartbeat -- and even to loud sounds like cars honking and dogs barking.

 pregnancy symptoms at 23 weeks
You know what? I am experiencing all of these symptoms :( ...

Time to go make chocolate chip cookies and crochet in front of the tube watching Friends :)

Happy First Day of Spring!!!
(It's a hot, -35 degrees here today but the sun is out and I can smell Spring)

Baby Love :: 22 Weeks

{Compare Baby Love #2 belly with Bria's Belly pictures Here}
{I have no idea why there is a white spot on my head. It wasn't there until I uploaded the picture. Disregard white spot & look at B.I.G. belly :) }

How far along? 22 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: I have no idea...and I don't want to know...
Sleep: Between Bria kicking me into the wall, and the baby kicking...I get none.
Best moment this week: When Clint felt baby kick! It was cute. It didn't take long and it was the first time he tried. I complained about not being able to sleep because the baby was kicking too much and then he quickly put his hand on my tummy and waala! The baby kicked! So precious.
Food Cravings: Non this week. But don't feel like eating healthy. at all.
Gender: We find out Thursday!
Labor Signs: None
Belly button in or out: In.
What I miss: Running, sushi, wine
What I am looking forward too: Being back home with family surrounding us.
Weekly Wisdom:  I don't feel like I'm full of any wisdom at this point
Milestones: Clint feeling baby's kicks.

your baby's the size of a papaya!
During month five, the average fetus measures about 10.5 to 11.8 inches and weighs about 12.7 to 20.8 ounces.

your baby at 22 weeks

  • Now that he's got more developed eyes and lips, he's looking even more like a newborn.
  • He's sleeping in cycles -- about 12 to 14 hours per day (hint: they're probably those times you're not feeling any kicks!).
